We have rescheduled the outing to George Childs Recreation Site (Child's Park) in Dingman's Ferry, Pennsylvania. The park is located right across the Delaware River on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware Water Gap.
Child's Park is located on Dingman's Creek at the site of three large Waterfalls, Factory Falls, Fulmer Falls and Deer Leap Falls. The park has been closed for several years and just reopened last fall. It is a beautiful spot and a great spot for long exposure photography.
We are planning to meet at 9 am at the parking lot in the park, however, if it is a sunny day, we recommend that you try to get there earlier before the sun is too high and bright.
