This presentation buy club member Sean Garvin will provide practical examples to help understand various qualities of light, and how flashes, LED lights and modifiers can be used to achieve them. Topics include continuous lights (LED's) vs flash, different types of speed lights and monolights, on and off camera flash, flash modes and using modifiers to shape light and shadows. This meeting will be followed by a hands on workshop at Camera Night on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
