Sussex County Harvest and Honey Festival

By invitation, the club is participating in the Sussex County Harvest and Honey Festival at the Augusta State Fair Grounds.
We invite all club members to display three or four of their photos (preferably framed but matted is acceptable) and, if you wish, offer them for sale.  You can also have a bin with smaller matted pieces for sale.
 The subject matter for this exhibit is open but it would be preferable to see photos that exhibit some of the great things about visiting Sussex County during this time of the year.
The event runs from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Oct 13th.  Prints cannot be removed until after 4 p.m. that day.  We need to have everything set up and cars parked in an appropriate parking lot no later than 9:45 a.m. that morning. 
The panels will be installed by the organizers of the event but we must hang our own prints.  We will begin hanging prints at 8:30 a.m. the morning of the event.  Anyone who signs up for the event will either need to bring their prints to the Fairgrounds on the morning of the event or make alternative arrangements to have them delivered.

We've always had great participation with this event.  It would be great to have several people volunteer a couple hours of their time that day to talk to festival attendees about the club and the photos, etc.  Please sign up to sit with us for a couple of hours that day if you can.
