Waterloo Outing:  Stephen Van Houten will lead an outing to Waterloo Village on Saturday, June 27th, Canal Day, starting at 9:00 am. Several buildings will be open offering many photo opportunities, however, photos may not be used for commercial purposes. A docent will show us around and talk about the history of the various buildings.

Please note that it will cost $5.00 to enter the park. We will Meet in the parking lot no later than 9:00 am and get a group photo before going into the park. 

You do not want to miss this opportunity to photograph the wide variety of historic buildings and views of the Muscenetcong River that Waterloo has to offer.

Sparta Camera Club is planning a Milky Way Outing at Lusscroft Farms in Wantage, NJ, for mid July (weather dependent). If you are interested in coming to this outing, please register on the website. We will provide information in advance for those of you who are new to astrophotography. The event itself requires VERY clear skies, so the date may change as we get closer.

The club will hold an outing at the Sussex County Fair during Fair Week. The exact date is yet to be determined. We will meet at the Richards Building, where the Photography in Sussex County Photography Exhibit is located. We will check out the horse competitions, get some night shots at the Midway, and shoot other exhibits while we are there.

Watch for more details and exact dates as we get closer. Fair week is July 31 - August 8.
